Fat-burning weekend: a complete 2-day program to refine

Before you start: the night before
Prepare apple / cinnamon infused water: cut 1 red apple (washed and seeded) into strips. Place in a glass jar with 2 cinnamon sticks (anti-craving) Add 80cl of spring water. Close and place in the fridge.

Fat Burning Weekend, Day 1
The idea of ​​the day: a healthy plate where food acts in synergy to burn fat associated with physical exercises aimed at sheathing, softening, promoting elimination and giving energy.

My morning program, before breakfast:

When you get out of bed , drink slowly and in small sips 1 large glass of apple / cinnamon infused water.
A little yoga: do 6 sun salutations.
Open the windows for ¼ hour and practice alternating yogic breathing. Place the thumb on one nostril and the ring finger on the other. The index and middle fingers are then placed naturally between the eyebrows. Breathe out, then inhale slowly through the left nostril, closing the right one. Hold air for as long as it is comfortable. Then breathe out through the right nostril. Ditto on the other side. Repeat the cycle a dozen times.
Breakfast : organic green tea, 3 tbsp. to s. oatmeal + cinnamon + soy milk. Smoothie: 1 squeezed orange to mix with 100g of raspberries (fresh or frozen).

9am shower boost. This mini thermal shock will “shake up” the stored fat and facilitate their elimination. Start with hot water, then reduce the temperature. Pass the jet first on the ankles then gradually go up towards the heart. To do, ideally, for 2 to 3 min.

A fat-burning self-massage : apply to the rebellious areas 1 drop of essential oil of rosemary with camphor diluted in 1 tsp. to s. vegetable oil (sweet almond or macadamia). Pinch the skin between the thumb and fingers and roll in a rolling feel. For 10 min.

11am: time for green juice : mix in a blender 6 spinach leaves + 1 pineapple slice + 1 banana in pieces + 10 cl of filtered water.

Lunch :

Italian -style pasta: 100g of wholemeal pasta (or gluten-free), 1 handful of muesclun, 6 candied tomatoes in strips, 2 artichoke hearts in a jar. Sauce: 2 tablespoons of olive oil + 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar.
Dessert: ¼ of diced pineapple. To water: 1 drop of grapefruit essence diluted in 1 tablespoon of liquid honey.
2 p.m .: 20 min nap .

3 p.m. / 4 p.m .: split walk. Start by walking at a brisk pace for 5 minutes, then twice as fast for 3 minutes, slow down for 5 minutes then start again at a brisk pace for 3 minutes and so on for 1 hour. By increasing blood circulation, it forces the body to draw on its reserves.

5 p.m . : slimming herbal tea snack . With 10g of ash leaves + 10g of blackcurrant leaves + 10g of blueberry leaves + 5g of lemongrass. Throw this mixture in 25cl of simmering water, let infuse 10min off the heat and filter. + 1 cottage cheese and 1 apple compote with no added sugar.

6 p.m .: yoga attitude. To do well, take an example by watching flat stomach exercises on video.

7 p.m .: a grapefruit bath. Dilute 10 drops of grapefruit essence in 1 capful of bath base. Pour into the bath water and stay there for 20min. Do not rinse off.

Dinner burns fat:

The fat-burning soup: Half a green cabbage + Half an eggplant + 1 leek + 1 tomato + 1 seeded red pepper + 1 stalk of celery + 1 onion + 1 clove of garlic. Cut the vegetables into cubes, put in a Dutch oven with 1 bouquet garni. Cover with 75 cl of water, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, lower the heat and cook for 1 hour. Remove the bouquet garni and the tomatoes. Keep half in the fridge for the next day.
Veggie paella : 1 carrot + half a diced bell pepper + 1 small handful of green beans + 2 tablespoons of peas. In a saucepan, brown 1 small chopped onion with a drizzle of olive oil. Pour 100g of brown rice + 1 small clove of minced garlic + A quarter of a teaspoon of paprika and turmeric. Mix and add the vegetables. Pour 50cl of water, cover and simmer over low heat for 20 min.
Dessert : Half a grapefruit.
9 pm: yoga good night : to discover, the good postures of the evening to sleep well.

Prepare your orange / vanilla / ginger infused water for tomorrow: put in a glass jar 1 orange cut into thin slices + 1 vanilla pod split in two + 2cm of peeled ginger and cut into strips and pour 80cl of spring water. Place in a closed jar in the refrigerator.

10 p.m. Zen herbal tea : pour 1 tablespoon of the mixture in equal parts of 3 plants (lemon balm, horsetail, meadowsweet) in 25cl of simmering water. Leave to infuse for 5 minutes before filtering.

Lie down in a cool bedroom.
