Want to throw away your bananas that have become too ripe? Oh no !!! This is enough to cook your bananas in a delicious sweet recipe that will appeal to young and old alike. On the menu: peanut butter cookies and bananas! So easy to make and just as tasty. For breakfast or a snack, it’s up to you to choose according to your desires.
To do this you will need:
Ingredients
2 large (140 grams each), ripe bananas
2 large eggs
2 egg whites
200 grams of rolled oats (with or without gluten)
100 grams of peanut butter
3 tablespoons of honey
Pinch of salt
First, preheat your oven to 175 ° C and spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray (olive, peanut or sunflower oil).
Then peel your 2 bananas and mash them with a fork in a plate (or bowl of your choice) until you get a sort of mash, if there are a few pieces left, nothing serious. Pour everything into a salad bowl, break the 2 whole eggs and add the whites then mix with a spatula or a fork.
Then add the oats, peanut butter, honey and salt and stir until well combined. If the mixture is getting harder and harder to handle, that’s fine, that’s what you need to get!
Form about twenty balls with your hands, place them on the baking sheet and crush them lightly with your palm to create the shape of a cookie.
Place the baking sheet in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes until the edges begin to brown.
Once baked, let the cookies cool for between 5 to 10 minutes, you might as well enjoy it without burning your taste buds!
I just have to wish you a good appetite!
