Vegan energy bars, no added sugar

Hello The Team! Today I am sharing with you a very simple recipe for vegan health bars. So if you’re looking to replenish your energy by avoiding processed foods, I highly recommend giving it a try.

100g pitted dates
50ml lukewarm water

4 tablespoons of sunflower or sesame oil

 (250g) oatmeal 1 ripe banana

100g of raisins

Come on, let’s go, let’s start!
First, put the pitted dates in your bowl of lukewarm water for at least 20 minutes.
In the meantime, you can line an 8 × 8 baking dish with parchment paper.
In an oven preheated to 180 ° C, lightly roast the oatmeal.
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients and knead manually until you get a homogeneous texture.
Distribute the preparation in a mold and press firmly so that the mixture holds.
Put in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
All you have to do is unmold and cut the bars and enjoy!

Obviously you can add nuts for more crunch!

If you have kids, these easy to carry bars will serve as the perfect snack for a healthy and nutritious snack.

Enjoy your meal !
