100g pitted dates
50ml lukewarm water
4 tablespoons of sunflower or sesame oil
(250g) oatmeal 1 ripe banana
100g of raisins

First, put the pitted dates in your bowl of lukewarm water for at least 20 minutes.
In the meantime, you can line an 8 × 8 baking dish with parchment paper.
In an oven preheated to 180 ° C, lightly roast the oatmeal.
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients and knead manually until you get a homogeneous texture.
Distribute the preparation in a mold and press firmly so that the mixture holds.
Put in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
All you have to do is unmold and cut the bars and enjoy!
